General Information

Big Island Lake Cree Nation is a Nêhiyaw (Cree) Community located to the north-west of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The group singed an adhesion to Treaty 6 in 1913. As of 2022, the Big Island Lake First Nation has a registered population of 1,265.
