The Integrated Justice Program provides Gladue Report Writing Services for individuals at no cost to the client.  The IJP has expanded their range of services, to include individuals with and without FASD (no-barrier service).

Services may include attending court proceedings and legal appointments, advocating on client’s behalf to legal professionals and community supports, continued support during incarceration, assisting corrections workers in developing individual release plans, and providing wraparound supports and services including referrals to community organizations to help clients reduce or eliminate criminal behaviour and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan provides prevention, intervention, support services, and advocacy for individuals who are at risk or are involved in the criminal justice process.

Provides wrap-around services and individualized supports, including healing and aftercare planning.

Justice Coordinator

 

The TATC Justice Program provides Community and Restorative Justice Services to its members.

Services include:

Some Gladue Reports are requested and ordered through Court Services.

  • In the case where Court Services orders a report, Court Services absorbs the cost.

Lisa accepts individual requests from lawyers, clients. There is an associated cost.

  • Payment is required up-front.
  • Any additional expenses are invoiced for payment at a later date.
