Summary
Several bands from the Prince Albert areas complained of conflict over land with white settlers. As a result, they requested that land be surveyed for their reserves. Seven reserves in the region were surveyed in 1878.
Implications
(Suggestion: write about white settler encroachment within context of westward expansion, goal of populating Plains w/ white ppl, and lack of regard for Indigenous people's lands/land boundaries - this was systemic, not an individual occurrence)
