VIEW THE TIMELINE
The timeline aims to provide a general history of Settler Colonialism in the west from 1540 until today, with a particular focus on the formation of Saskatchewan. It is the intention that the timeline will be added to and change overtime, it is an ever expanding resource.
The Office of the Treaty Commissioner has published a Treaty Timeline which includes Pre-Contact history, we recommend that it be viewed in companion with the Timeline of Settler Colonialism
