General Information

Poundmaker is a Nêhiyaw (Cree) First Nation located to the north-west of Battleford, Saskatchewan. They are signatories to Treaty 6, which the group signed in 1876. In 2022, Poundmaker Cree Nation had a registered population of 1,865.
