Abstract provided by the Gabriel Dumont Institute: "Philip was interviewed on August 2, 1976 at La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Philip Carriere was a special native constable at the time of James Brady and Absolum Halkett's disappearance and was on the search for the two men.
