This document is an interview with Kathy (née Trottier) Grant. She is the younger sister of NHL Hall of Famer Bryan Trottier, and is the descendant of Patrice Trottier, a French Canadian that came out West in the mid-nineteenth century, and was one of the last bison hunters. She is presently an employee with Parks Canada working in the Val Marie office of Grasslands National Park. She shares her experiences with racism in her life and community, the historically significant sites in the Grasslands area and the formation of the Grasslands National park.
